Sex with pregnancy

Hi ladies,

I have a question, maybe a bit weird, but I'm curious anyway.

I'm about 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant now, but can my partner and I have sex, and if he ejaculates, is that bad for me??

Greetings

    @Samantha,

    You can just have sex and keep enjoying each other...

    If you don't feel comfortable, you can always talk it over with your partner...

    Wishing you lots of luck with your pregnancy...

    Having sex is indeed no problem at all.
    Eventually, your belly will get in the way a bit and you'll have to get creative, but that's still many months away for you.

    Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!

    I have a question about this that I’m actually a bit hesitant to ask... Because I read everywhere that sex is harmless. But I’m quite experienced in the sex department and I know my husband has a different style than most men. He can easily go for hours on end. With positions that are slow and gentle, but also really intense.... I’m wondering what the basis is for saying sex is fine. Because on average, a man lasts about 7 minutes, which is definitely not the case for us. So I’m wondering if intense sex sessions and threesomes with two men are okay, or if that could be a problem?

    My question is also: can you have more 'extreme' sex during pregnancy, or is it only about the standard positions, gentle movements, and short sex?

    Ever since I saw the little one, I've been wondering this so much... you really start to feel like there's actually something in there...

    @ moedernatuur,

    You'll probably have to make adjustments. You'll figure out what feels right for you and what doesn't. I wouldn't do anything too intense anymore.
    And I wouldn't really do the threesomes anymore because you can't be 100% sure if the third person is carrying an STD or something else, and if you get that, it's absolutely not good for your baby.
