Do you ever feel like this too? I’ve had the feeling all afternoon that my throat is being squeezed shut. I’m 26 weeks pregnant now. It’s not like I’m feeling too hot.
Does anyone have tips for this?

I'm also 26 weeks pregnant and I sometimes have that too. It's because your lungs and stomach get less space!!
