3 weeks pregnant - lower abdomen feels tight - pregnancy sign?

Hi NOS, I don't want to disappoint you, but are you sure you're pregnant? If you had a miscarriage last month, a pregnancy test will always show positive because of that. This is because the pregnancy hormone from your previous pregnancy is still in your blood.

I don't know the answer to your question. It doesn't sound familiar to me, but that doesn't mean much.

After my miscarriage, all the pregnancy symptoms had disappeared. Now, after 3 weeks, they're coming back again. It's still too early to test, but I think I'm probably pregnant.

Hi, it doesn't have to be that you always test positive after a miscarriage. It also depends on how long the pregnancy lasted. I had a miscarriage on June 7th myself and tested a week and a half later, and the hcg had already disappeared from my body. The only thing you can do now is wait, and if your period is still late, just to be safe, take another test. Keep in mind that your cycle might be quite messed up. I'm on day 36 after my miscarriage and always had a neat 29-day cycle. But I'm hoping of course that you are pregnant! :-)

So I forgot to take the pill for 4 weeks (so stupid)
And today I should get my period but I didn't, am I pregnant or could it be due to something else? I also have a lot of heartburn and a metallic taste, and my lower abdomen keeps contracting? Does anyone have an answer to this?

    Hi Noa,

I totally relate to what you're going through

I also got my period two months ago and feel like I'm pregnant again. I should actually be getting my period tomorrow, but since last Monday I've had some pink blood loss, and the following days a few drops/brown discharge. What could this mean? I was also quite nauseous on Tuesday and now have a little bit of breast tenderness, but not super intense or anything. I'm really curious.. I'm going to test tomorrow, but even if I am pregnant.. Since I've "bled", I can't be too happy. Who else relates to this?

Implantation bleeding can always happen, usually about a week before your period. So blood isn't always a bad sign. But only a pregnancy test can take away your uncertainty

    hey,
I'm 26 and had a miscarriage in March. (my heart wasn't beating so I had to have a D&C). Now it's end of July and I'm on day 26. I also feel my uterus constantly pulling... I tested today and it was negative . Maybe tested too early? I normally always have a cycle of 32 to 36 days. But because of the vitamins I took this month, I'm fairly sure my ovulation was already after 11 days.. that's why I tested today..

Anyone who can give me some clarity?

Even during your period, your uterus contracts (that's why you get period cramps). If it's not for this month, hopefully you'll have a good pregnancy soon. The waiting can feel so long!

    Hi,

My first day of my last period was July 26th. Two days ago I had a little bit of reddish-brown discharge in my underwear, but barely noticeable. I have a bloated stomach that comes and goes, and it feels like it's tightening a bit, but otherwise no complaints. I do have a little pain in one breast and it feels like there's something in there, but I had that during my previous period too, and then two weeks before my period, and before that always a week before my period. Has anyone else experienced this and turned out to be pregnant?
