Very low blood pressure

Hi Sabine,

This happens because your blood isn't flowing well to your head.

Make sure to keep moving to support your circulation. Drinking enough, and having some salt and sugar can help. You can also occasionally prop your legs up on a cushion, above your head, and avoid sleeping on your back anymore.

Thank you so much, Eva. I'll follow your tips and hope it's gone by New Year's Eve.

    Kind regards, Sabine

    Hi Sabina,

Are you feeling a bit better already? That low blood pressure is so worthless. My sister had it too, and I'm not lying to you. She had a very tiring pregnancy. It all went well in the end, but she was just very tired, and quickly.

    Hi Sabina,

That's really tough. I think low blood pressure usually lasts until around halfway through your pregnancy. After that, it often gets better, but I'm not sure.

I'm the mom of a sweet boy and hope to have a little brother for him very soon. That's why I've already started browsing the sites :-)

    Love, Eva
