Sorry, I can't help you. I didn't have morning sickness. Strength!

I'd start taking vitamin B complex right away (it's fine to take alongside your prenatal vitamins). This helps many women reduce nausea. If you're still vomiting a lot, your GP can prescribe a vitamin pill. For peace of mind, since you're so tired, you could get your blood drawn and have your blood pressure checked. But being tired is definitely normal in the first trimester, and luckily it usually goes away in the second trimester. Good luck!

I also didn't have any nausea, but I did have that fatigue... pfff, I was so incredibly tired hahaha .........
After about 16 weeks it got better... now I have other symptoms again, so one baby has this complaint and the other has that, it's all part of it!!

Hi Anoniempje, the only thing I can say to you is to keep pushing through. The first 16 weeks for me were just nausea, vomiting, sleeping, and trying to work as much as possible... I couldn't do any housework myself, but after 16 weeks I started getting more energy.

Keep in mind that it's for a good cause and especially eat healthy; I noticed that after eating fatty food, I felt extra nauseous the next day...

Feeling nauseous and super tired here too. The only advice I can give is to eat and drink small amounts and get some rest. You could also ask your GP if they can prescribe something for the nausea and fatigue, or maybe take ferro rose or something like that.

Long story short, just hang in there for a good cause. After 10 to 12 weeks, you'll notice it slowly gets a bit better.

    Just tired here.
It's getting a bit better now, but if I exert myself too much, I still need to lie down for a bit.
    I sometimes feel nauseous.
Not every day, and not just in the morning.
It comes when it feels like it

Hi Lies, I'm also really tired and sleeping a lot. I'm almost 12 weeks myself. Thursday is the intake appointment and first ultrasound. Really nervous about it all.
