Hi, I just had an ultrasound and I'm 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant. There was one very clear baby in a large gestational sac with a good heartbeat visible, and below it a much smaller sac with a baby in it too, which is 3 days smaller in size. But it also has a heartbeat.

It could be that they just can't get a better image right now, but it could also be a miscarriage. But the sonographer couldn't say for sure.
Does anyone have experience with this? And does the smaller baby have a higher chance of having a defect?
I'm really scared about this.
Next week I have an appointment with the gynecologist.
I got pregnant with the help of Clomid.
Greetings, Miranda

No, not pregnant Two boys here, aged 3 and 1.5, and that's plenty busy for now

Hi everyone! I've been with my partner for 3 years now, and we've already had two miscarriages in a row within the first year. It's been a year and a half since then, and we're trying again. We saw a gynecologist, and they tested everything—both my partner and I are completely healthy with no issues. I was prescribed Clomid 50mg to help regulate my very irregular cycles, which was the problem with those two miscarriages. According to the gynecologist, Clomid 50mg is the solution. My question is: does anyone else have a similar story and have you been successful in having a baby?

I took 50 mg of Clomid because after the pill I had my period 3 times and then didn't for 70 days. They saw that I had a lot of small follicles but none of them grew.
With the Clomid it worked and after 3 rounds I was pregnant with twins.
That uncertainty was awful, also the beginning of the pregnancy until your feelings and the ultrasounds say everything is okay.
I think it's extra hard for you.
Strength with everything. And this time it has to work. Being positive is very important. And finding peace. (Difficult)
    Good luck with it
    Greetings Miranda

    Hi,
A bit late but I'm just reading this now. I'm 10 weeks pregnant with twins. With the first one, everything looks good, the little heart is beating nicely and it's grown well. But with the second one, the heart isn't beating anymore and it was very small. The ultrasound technician couldn't tell us clearly what was going on. I have to go back to the gynecologist tomorrow (however you spell it) ... I'm really struggling with this...
Hope this message reached you okay.
