My sister gave birth to her son, C-Jay, on Wednesday. Today at the municipality, they told her they wouldn't accept the name. We know that the name doesn't violate legal regulations and that there are other children in the Netherlands with the same name. How can we convince the municipality that C-Jay is a normal (albeit unique) name? The C in his name isn't an abbreviation of a name...
