5 weeks and 6 days pregnant but no symptoms at all

I don't have any symptoms at all—no loss of appetite, no more frequent trips to the toilet, no growing breasts, absolutely nothing. I don't feel pregnant at all, but I did get positive pregnancy tests. I don't understand it at all and I'm really unsure. I haven't had any bleeding either. Does anyone have advice for me?

    I had exactly the same. Enjoy having no symptoms for now There are plenty of people who feel sick and all that. You'll start feeling pregnant soon enough. When you see the little one on the ultrasound, when your belly starts growing. I'm now 22 weeks, had no symptoms in the first period, and now I completely feel pregnant. It'll come
