5 weeks and 6 days pregnant but no pregnancy symptoms at all

I'm 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant with my third, but I really don't have any symptoms at all—no sore or growing breasts, I'm just feeling lethargic, and I'm not going to the toilet often either. It's really worrying me; I don't feel pregnant at all. Does anyone have advice? I'm at my wit's end.

Be happy. I understand you're worried, but you're only just starting your pregnancy.
Some women don't realize they're pregnant until 8 or 9 weeks.
Sometimes you don't get any pregnancy symptoms at all.
I'm sure you'll start feeling more pregnant soon.
