Hi mamas with a similar story,
We became mom and dad in August to our 2nd child. A boy.
My waters broke spontaneously at 21 weeks.
Now I'm a bit past 8 weeks pregnant with a brother or sister. I'm experiencing it as very stressful at the moment.
Every sensation I feel makes me think, oh no, please don't let it go wrong again. So many fears come into play.
I feel guilty at times when I'm happy because everything has been going well so far with this pregnancy. Then I feel guilty because I don't know if I'm allowed to be happy.
Also, I'm pregnant now while the due date for our little boy hasn't even passed yet, and that makes it difficult sometimes because I sometimes realize that our little boy should actually still be in my belly.
I think a next pregnancy after such a loss brings up a lot of emotions. From joy, to sadness, worry, and great fear..
I hope everyone is doing well.

@noe, when was your due date for your little boy, if I may ask?

@anoniem, oh my, what a heartbreaking story.. so incredibly unfair. I completely understand your anger and your intense grief. Realizing that he could have survived with earlier intervention must be absolutely devastating.. I want to give you lots of strength.
    I found a really beautiful text;
    ‘Never let go or process,
    Don’t just move on,
We will weave you in, you belong to our existence,
We can’t get over it and won’t give it a place either,
    Because love bound us,
We will live on with you,
    Not as we wish,
    But as we can,
With you deep in our hearts,
    For our whole lives ‘
@babynr3 I was due on January 15, 2022.. so that’s a date I’m really dreading. It feels so mixed up.
