Exercise during pregnancy

Hi everyone!

I'm currently almost 5 weeks pregnant. Very early, I know
Until a few weeks ago, I went to the gym twice a week. Strength training in a group of 4-5 people, it gets pretty intense in terms of endurance and weights.
My subscription expires next week, and I'm debating whether to renew it.
Is this kind of exercise dangerous during pregnancy? Or can I just keep going?
I already have a son who is 1 year old, and I didn't exercise during that pregnancy, so I'm not sure...

    Hi Lima,

Congratulations on your pregnancy. Exercising is totally fine during pregnancy. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and I'm also very active. Because of this, I still feel really fit. I wish you a lovely pregnancy.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! First and foremost: enjoy it!
You can definitely keep exercising during your pregnancy. I’ve been working out too, going jogging regularly. Haven’t done it for 3 weeks now. My belly really gets in the way of everything and I’m out of breath right away

Congratulations! And keep on exercising! I danced until week 32 with my previous pregnancy and even did a pretty intense warm-up and everything.
Now at 17 weeks, I even did burpees and who knows what else in circuit form last week. As long as it's going well, it's fine! Your body is already used to it, so keep going and listen to your body. It'll give you clear signals if it's too much.
I kept dancing until week 40 with my quiet pregnancy, but that might have been a bit too enthusiastic hahaha

    And meanwhile, I'm still dancing!

Danced until almost 36 weeks! Gave birth 3 weeks ago and in 2 weeks I'll start again.
