Complicated

Hi everyone, I have a somewhat complicated story.
Currently, I'm at home due to a work conflict. We're now waiting for a moment when my employer and I mutually agree to part ways. So I'm already busy looking for other work. My husband and I have been "trying" to get pregnant for 3 months now; we decided this when everything was still "good."

I've been hired as a domestic helper, but on a 0-hours basis. That's fine in principle, for emergencies, but what if I get pregnant quickly and that job doesn't have enough hours to fill? Will you still get some kind of benefit? I hardly dare to apply to companies where they really need me, because I'm afraid I'll be pregnant right away and then have to report it... It's really tough. What's your advice?

    Hi Milou,
I found this page via DuckDuckGo:
    https://todio.nl/familie/zwangerschapsverlof-met-een-0-uren-contract/
Maybe it's also a good idea to check the UWV website yourself?
You might be able to keep working and still apply for a permanent position?
