Can early pregnancy trigger old back problems?
Fie
Hi everyone,
I'm currently 4+6 weeks pregnant. In the past, I had a lot of back pain (lower back, neck, and between the shoulder blades) due to scoliosis, a tilted pelvis, and hypermobile joints. After lots of physiotherapy, this has been much better for a few years now. But 2 days after my positive test, it suddenly came back with full force. Could this be related to pregnancy hormones? Are there any other ladies who have similar issues? I can only relieve the pain by lying down and I can't concentrate on work anymore...
