Implantation bleeding for 5 days?

Hi everyone,
Has anyone of you experienced a longer implantation bleeding?
My partner and I are trying to conceive and since last Tuesday I've sometimes had a little blood when wiping. At first I thought my period might be a week early as usual, but when I use a panty liner there isn't really much to see. Yesterday I used a tampon just to be safe because we were going out, but it turned more brownish than red. (Sorry for the details) Online I find everywhere that implantation bleeding lasts 1-2 days, but with me it's already been since Tuesday and today is Sunday.. Has anyone else experienced a longer implantation bleeding? Or should I not hope too much that it worked out for us?

    Yes, my implantation bleeding lasted much longer than those 1-2 days. Day 14 of the cycle I had red discharge, days 15-16-17 brown discharge, day 21 red again, day 22 brown, days 24, 25, 26, 27 brown, day 28 a clear positive test but still brown, and in the following days I wiped some more brown stuff. I'm now at 7 weeks and luckily haven't seen anything for the past 1.5 weeks.

    Thanks for your reply. I'll secretly keep hoping then! I can only test the day after tomorrow, so it'll be a few tense days..

    Yeah, I tested yesterday morning (2 days after ovulation) and there was a super faint line. But my boyfriend saw it too, so I'm not going crazy Still, I thought it was too faint to believe it yet! The spotting when wiping has also stopped for the past 2 days, so maybe I tested a bit too early?

    What great news! They do say that one line is a line, I'm curious if it's going to get darker! I'll hear from you, I hope!

    Got my period last night after all It’s so weird, 4 days late and I’ve been super regular for half a year. And then that little bit of blood last week... but I’m not going to dwell on it. On to next month!

    Hi! I've had a little bit of reddish/brownish discharge since Saturday. (At first it was bright red/pink, and now when I wipe it's mostly dark red/brown). I'm using panty liners, and every time I go to the toilet I see brown spots. It's VERY different from my period because there are no clots, the amount is very minimal, and I haven't had any symptoms I normally get during my period. I was actually supposed to get my period tomorrow (not very reliable though, since I'm not very regular; my cycle is between 30-35 days). I've taken a few tests now but they're all negative. Am I testing too early? Or could it still just be my period?
