Pregnancy discomforts or not?

Hi everyone,
My boyfriend and I are trying to conceive. My period was from Feb 13 to 18 this month. After that, during the week of the 22nd, we had unprotected sex 3 times. Since then I've had a lot of symptoms: it started with nausea, womb pain, and trouble sleeping because of my stomach. Last Saturday, Feb 27, I suddenly had severe period-like pain in my back and belly. And I've been emotional for the past 2 days. On Monday, March 1, I went to the doctor to check my urine just in case it was a bladder infection, but that was ruled out. I found the symptoms strange because I'd never experienced them before, and I think it's all happening way too fast if I'm pregnant. Meanwhile, I did a test this morning and it was negative. I should get my period at the end of next week. But my question is: do you recognize these symptoms? They keep coming and going for me. Of course, it could also be something other than pregnancy.
