A bit confused with the dates

Hi there!
I got a faint positive pregnancy test on Sunday 14/2! On 15/2 the line was already a bit darker, and today 16/2 my Clearblue digital test says 2-3 weeks pregnant. Super nice, really happy about it (but also a bit cautious because I'm scared it might not work out).
What I don't understand though... I didn't really have a clear view of my cycle because I only stopped the pill in December 2020. I got my period on January 14, 2021, and then started using ovulation tests. They weren't super clear, but I thought I found a peak on February 2, so ovulation on February 3. So 11 days later my pregnancy test was already positive (seems fast to me), and 13 days later Clearblue says 2-3 weeks. That can't be right if I go by the ovulation test. It makes me feel very unsure about everything. Has anyone else experienced this? Possible explanations?

    Based on your last period until now, 4.5 weeks. That's CB digital so 2-3 weeks (is 4-5 weeks pregnant) so it's exactly right congratulations and try to enjoy it!

    @Joyce thanks for your reply! According to the manual, that's 2-3 weeks from conception to the day of the test. So should it say 1-2 weeks now?
    Oh well, maybe it doesn't matter that much after all. Time will tell. I'm just afraid it won't continue, so I keep looking for reasons why it might not!

    @Elvira, test one more time tomorrow morning with first-morning urine, just to see if my line is darker. If it is, I'll post it in the newbies group!
