Mother-in-law demands my child

My ex still defends his mom (for all these years) saying she'd never make such comments or didn't mean them like that... If he was eating at my place and his mom didn't want him to, she could just go home since she was waiting, he's 24... and in my eyes old enough to make his own choices! And there are many more examples like this.

    If he hasn't acknowledged the 'unborn child' at the municipality, he has no legal ground to stand on. Then he's only the biological father, not the legal father, so they can file as many lawsuits as they want, but they'll always lose.
