Uncertainties

Hi everyone,
I'm now 20 weeks and 2 days pregnant. So far, everything has gone well. No nausea, no stomach pain, just fatigue during the first two months, and the ultrasounds looked good. I also had a positive NIPT test. In 3 days, I'm going to have the 20-week scan.
We've told family and friends that we're pregnant. Finally, after 3 years of trying.
Now, for the past 3 weeks, I've been very unsure about the pregnancy. Wondering if everything is okay. Do other pregnant women experience this? I often read that most women feel insecure mainly during the first 12 weeks. But I'm only starting to feel it now.
It's true that my sister had a miscarriage at 19 weeks. Could these feelings of insecurity be due to that? Or is it because we suddenly told so many people, putting more pressure on us to make sure everything goes right this time? Or maybe because I don't want to go through 3 years of trying again.
I've always felt really well, with no complaints. I also haven't felt any movements yet. But I do have a little bump.
Still, I keep worrying that something might be wrong.
Do other women experience this?
Greetings

Not really relatable, but I want to reassure you that it's perfectly normal not to feel the baby yet! Especially with a first baby, this can take a bit longer. I'm 17.5 weeks pregnant with my first and I don't feel her either. It's perfectly normal according to the gynecologist and the GP

I had this throughout the whole pregnancy, except for the last two months. I also didn't feel the baby move that quickly. In the end, everything was fine, and now a healthy baby is lying next to me.
We also had to try for about 2 years, and I think that's why I was extra worried. Try to enjoy the pregnancy, it goes by so fast.
And if you really can't take it anymore, ask for an extra check-up.
    Have a nice pregnancy!

    Hey,
Thank you so much for your responses.
It feels really good to read this. I hope this insecurity doesn't last throughout the whole pregnancy. I'm not someone who worries easily by nature.
I'd love to enjoy this like any other pregnant woman.
I'm now waiting for the 20-week scan. If I feel too unsure between appointments, I'll definitely ask for an extra one. That might actually be a good idea.
