Bleeding at 11 weeks twins

Hi,

Hope I'm posting this in the right place... 11 weeks 5 days pregnant with twins, everything was fine at the scan last week. At 6:30 tonight I suddenly had a few drops of pink/light red blood when wiping. Got a bit startled, but then it seemed to stop. At 8 o'clock I got up from the couch and suddenly a lot of bright red, very thin blood started flowing. It's mostly stopped now but whenever I move I feel small amounts of blood again. No pain, no clots. Obviously very worried... and it's Sunday evening. Do I need to call the GP or emergency care, or is it better to wait and call the OB tomorrow morning? I can't think clearly anymore and am so scared that something is wrong with one or both babies...
