Help, can you see the gender?

Okay, I didn't get a clear answer from the doctor whether it's definitely a boy.
Out of reaction, because I thought the foot was a penis.. I screamed PIEMEL really loud
The doctor had to laugh and wrote XY above the foot but didn't go further to say look here are the balls and here is the penis.....
Due to all the tension, I only realized late that the foot can never be a gender =)
What do you think ???

Oh, uh... I'm not an ultrasound technician, but is that the head on the right? I really don't know what I'm looking at—are we looking between the legs now? Or from the side? I'd really wait until the next scan. I can't really make much of this myself; someone trained in it would know better. How far along are you now? -
