I have a question. I'm 9 weeks pregnant, and the ultrasound a few days ago was great with a nice little heartbeat. Now my 2-year-old son jumped onto the couch with me in excitement... with his leg right in my belly. (No bleeding, by the way.) But could this be harmful for him?

    No worries, your little one is well protected. Your uterus is still behind the pubic bone at this stage. I also have a busy daughter who’s just over 2 years old, and she sometimes jumps around a bit clumsily too.

    My little boy (2) has jumped clumsily a few times, bumping into my belly... I'm almost 22 weeks pregnant now, and our princess is safely tucked inside me
