Hey everyone,
My sister-in-law is currently 23 weeks pregnant. She only found out last week, so it was completely unplanned but very welcome.
She went for an ultrasound yesterday, and only two heart chambers were visible. Since she's been completely devastated by this, I'm looking for some information about it for her.
Does anyone have experience with this or know what might happen, etc.?

I don't have any experience with that. Did the sonographer on duty not explain anything? I assume she'll need to come back for a follow-up scan to see how serious it is. I also want to wish your sister-in-law lots of strength through this. What a shock, and this is certainly not the best news. -

She has to go to Evergem next week for more information. The only thing the gynecologist said was, "Oh, I don't think so, this could be a problem." So she's also looking for another gynecologist.
