Baby wish
Pregnant or not?

Hi,
I stopped taking the pill on October 8, 2019. After 2 months, my cycle was fairly regular. My cycles last about 28 days, and ovulation is around day 17. I always feel my ovulation too.
Normally, my period always started on a Tuesday, but in January it started on a Friday, and again in February. Then suddenly in March it was back on a Tuesday, but a week earlier than before. Now it usually starts a bit later again, so Thursday or Friday. I always have 1 or 2 days of very heavy flow. The last time was July 4th and 5th, when I was very nauseous, had stomach pain and back pain, and the pain radiated to my upper thighs and knees. Because of this, I had to stop walking. Regularly, while walking, I got very sharp stabs in my stomach. Both the week of my period, the week before, and the week after. So I only had 1 week where I had no issues.
I haven't been on my period for more than a month now. My last period started on July 3, 2020, ovulation was July 20th. On July 25th we went on vacation until August 1st. I didn't do any ovulation tests or anything this month because I wanted to put it out of my mind since we're already around 10, but I do feel ovulation as a painful feeling in the stomach for a few hours.
On vacation, I drank and swam. Normally my period should have started around July 30th. On that day I had a little bit of bleeding. This little bit of bleeding lasted until Saturday, but it didn't really flow properly and I didn't have my usual period pain.
However, I didn't feel well on Saturday: stomach cramps, urge to go to the toilet. But no diarrhea or anything. After Motilium this got better. Yesterday (Monday) I had splitting headaches and nausea, but after taking Dafalgan this got better. I still haven't had my period. Last night I also had very severe stabbing pain in my stomach, but after half an hour it went away again.
Could this have been implantation bleeding, or was this my period but less intense due to swimming and the heat maybe?
Greetings
