Paprika chips with lava

Hi ladies,

I'm just 5 weeks pregnant with my second. I had a miscarriage in January. Now I just ate a bag of paprika chips at work... and I noticed there was lava in it... which is said to stimulate the uterus. No one knows I'm pregnant yet, so I'm really scared of losing this baby again. I've had stomach pain and cramps since I ate it. It was a small bag, so maybe not enough to cause a miscarriage, but it's really scaring me. I just needed to get it off my chest... hope you're all doing well. Warm regards, Charlotte

I do have multiple bags of Parika chips, but I don't have any issues with it. You can just eat them.

This does seem a bit extreme. I’ve never heard that you shouldn’t eat it. Never.

You can totally eat paprika chips.. this is really no problem at all, just watch out for large amounts due to the salt, but too much of anything is never good.

If you're unsure about whether you can eat something, just check the “ZwangerHap” app, super handy, and you'll never have to wonder again ;-)
