Use of Doppler

Do you guys use a Doppler at home, and how often do you use it? I find it pretty addictive and I'm trying to limit it to listening every other day. Some people think it's harmful, others don't. I've had a miscarriage at 6 weeks, so I'm a bit more anxious now. I've already had good ultrasounds, though, and I'm now 13 weeks and 5 days.

I once read that most midwives advise against it, but I don't remember the reason anymore. Otherwise, you should talk it over with your midwife.
