Still having night terrors at 6 months

Anyone who recognizes this? My 6-month-old son only naps for max 35 minutes. This has been going on for his whole long time, I think since 1 month old. When do these get longer or not? I hope for a similar story where it suddenly got better.

Do you always put him to bed, or does he lie in the crib? Doesn't helping him lie down help?

always in bed, he could never fall asleep in a box, he needs rest. I let him lie there, sometimes 40 min, but then I think it's enough. Sometimes I give him the bottle and then he falls asleep again, but that's more of an exception.

No advice here, sorry. But 45 minutes is really short. Shouldn't this be longer from 4 months onwards? What could be the cause? Wishing you lots of strength and good courage!

The little man here is now 8 months old, and it's only been 2 weeks since the catnaps finally stopped. Now he sleeps 2 times 2 hours. So it's really getting better!
And he used to have catnaps between 20 minutes up to a maximum of 45 minutes.

    Hi Nabu,

    How are you doing now?
It could be that it's in alert mode and therefore not sleeping deeply.
    Greetings, Romelia
