Good morning ladies, I’m a mom to a little boy who’s almost 14 months old. I’m wondering if all of your 14-month-olds can do this. Does your child point yet? And does he show you things, like sharing joy? My little boy doesn’t do that. When I look around at other kids around 1 year old, they all seem to do it. Are there any moms here who had kids who started pointing later on but turned out to be perfectly fine? I’d love to hear your experiences.

My daughter is almost 1 and doesn't do that either. She can't crawl yet, only army-crawls, but now she's slowly starting to stand on her knees and try to pull herself up.
She's already been clapping her hands for 2 months, says mama and papa, yes and no, and shakes her head no when she doesn't want something.
Every child develops at their own pace. Doesn't seem like something to worry about to me.

Hmm, don't rush it. Every child has their own pace!!
