Hematoma in the placenta

Hey,
I was due in April so I'm now 23 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my first baby.
At 14 weeks I had a bleed. It turned out to be a marginal placental bleed, everything else was fine. Such bleeds do happen sometimes, it's just a scare and isn't really harmful. So I just went back to work.
Two weeks later, when I was 16 weeks, I got brown discharge again at work and went back to the gynecologist. She found a hematoma at the edge of my placenta. She doesn't know what this hematoma will do, so I'm not allowed to work anymore during this pregnancy.
I haven't had any brown discharge since 16 weeks, and at the 20-week scan the hematoma seemed to have shrunk.
Now I'm still very unsure and at the slightest thing I feel wet in my underwear (usually just white discharge) I almost start crying from the scare. Even with the slightest pain in my belly I get worried. I really can't enjoy my pregnancy. Even though I feel our daughter moving quite well, I'm almost always anxious. I also have a lot of trouble with my intestines, which often causes cramps that I keep confusing with hardening of the belly. Sometimes I just go crazy from my insecurity and just want to be able to enjoy it.
Are there any other mamas here who are always anxious and unsure and can't enjoy their pregnancy? I wanted to share my story because my surroundings don't understand it, so they say I'm hiding my fear and living on a rose-tinted cloud.
Greetings, Lise
