Anxious and pregnant (early!)

Hi everyone,
I found some advice here during my last pregnancy, but now I'm hoping for reassurance or similar experiences. I've been testing positive on the pregnancy test since 12/5. Every morning I do one, and it's looking good. Today I did a digital one and got a plus sign with 1-2 on it. Yeehaw! But I'm not really cheering yet.. Since 12/5, I've also had dark discharge (brown, dark red on the first day). Sometimes the paper is full (sorry for the details), sometimes almost nothing to see. I have no idea what to think now.. During my last pregnancy, I didn't have any of what I just described.. What are your experiences?
Thank you!
Love,

I had a lot of brown discharge with my daughter too. It can be old blood from implantation. But many women also lose a little blood during pregnancy. It doesn't necessarily mean anything bad. So just wait calmly, but as long as it's not a lot and not really red, I don't think you need to worry.

    Hi Puck!
Thanks so much! The brown discharge is over now. Occasionally there’s still a little bit, but more beige. I’m still having some discomfort (sore breasts and occasional twinges in my groin), so I think everything’s fine. Thanks for your reply! :-)

I had this during my first two pregnancies. The first time, everything turned out fine even after heavy bleeding. The second time, unfortunately, it was a miscarriage. Now I'm pregnant for the third time without any brown discharge. I'm rooting for you for the best outcome because, as you can see, every pregnancy is different.

I’ve also had brown discharge and I’m now 29 weeks pregnant, so

Thank you all for your replies! My test was darker this morning than yesterday.. Fingers crossed that it keeps going well :-)
