Feeling really nauseous.

Hi ladies, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have my first ultrasound tomorrow.
For the past few days, I've been really nauseous all day long. I've been eating small meals spread throughout the day. The nausea is especially bad in the mornings, and I'm glad I'm off work for a few days. I really don't know how I'm going to cope with work if I feel like this all the time.....

Do you have any tips? What works for you to get rid of the nausea?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! That nausea is awful. I used to suck on those lozenges all day at work. Ricola, Anta Flu, and those sour candies. Otherwise, I just wouldn't have made it. I also sat around like a zombie at work for weeks.
I think the GP also has medication, so if you really have to vomit a lot, I'd suggest reaching out to them.

    Congratulations!
I've been struggling with severe nausea and vomiting from the very beginning. My OB-GYN prescribed Navalit for me, and those pills work wonders.
It doesn't go away completely, but it's been a huge help.
Unfortunately, I still have to take them now, otherwise I wouldn't be able to keep anything down..
With a bit of luck, you'll be free of your nausea in a few weeks!

I had a container with a lid on my nightstand. When I woke up in bed, I’d eat a cracker. Then I’d sit down calmly. This worked really well for me.
Now I still often feel nauseous when I go to bed in the evening. Then I drink some water.

I'm a big Navalit fan here too. I'm 16 weeks along now and still struggling a lot. Thanks to Navalit, I can at least keep functioning and working. The gynecologist assured me today that it really won't do any harm!

Eating something every 2 hours helped me. And for a while I could only eat cucumber or certain crackers (this is what you have to figure out). Just hang in there, you'll really get through it.
Oh yeah, smint (hikers mint) helped and still helps me quite a bit.

I'm also really nauseous here. Crackers on the nightstand and as soon as I wake up in the morning, I eat a few things before getting up. Eating regularly helps quite a bit. I bought one of those Sea-Bands at Etos. They're for motion sickness but also help with nausea during pregnancy. It works because it puts pressure on a specific spot, which helps with the nausea.

I also had a lot of nausea at the beginning. I was prescribed Emasafene by my GP. That helped a lot, and I also had reflexology. Since I started both at roughly the same time, it's hard to determine what helped, but I heard that reflexology does help. A few days after taking the medication and having reflexology, I was no longer nauseous.
