Constant nagging pain

Dear readers,
I am 17 weeks + 2 days pregnant. Since this morning I've had constant dull abdominal pain. My belly is also tender to touch and when moving. I'm also losing a lot of watery discharge. Yesterday I had an ultrasound and the baby wasn't moving much, only its feet for a bit. I'm so worried right now (because of 4 previous miscarriages) that I called the midwife. She said I shouldn't worry and that the watery discharge can't be amniotic fluid and that the dull pain is round ligament pain, possibly combined with a bladder infection. The latter I'm doubting though because I don't have any pain when urinating or pain during urination.
Who else has experience with this or recognizes this?

At my MIL's request, I went to the urgent care center. No bladder infection, blood pressure is fine, and no fever. That's all a doctor can do. Still have had abdominal pain most of the day. I'll just have to wait and see, and if it gets worse with bleeding, I'll call my MIL again. This is because there was a good ultrasound yesterday. Ugh, it's driving me crazy. It's a shame there's no one to reassure me or who has gone through this.
    We'll wait and see.

Have you maybe done a lot the last few days? Sometimes your body reacts to that too.

By the way, I've also had more pain under and in my belly the last few days (17+6). The pain at the bottom of the belly is mainly the ligaments. In the belly, maybe from activity or something, but I'm just taking it easy now. It could also be that you're having a growth spurt.

I'm also almost 17 weeks pregnant and I have a constant unpleasant, pressing feeling in my lower abdomen. My lower belly also feels hard, it seems like my uterus, but it's very low, you know. Today I didn't really do much (compared to my physically demanding workdays), so I don't think it's because of that? Sometimes it also shoots or I feel it there. Round ligament pain is more on the side and sudden movements, I thought? I can imagine it's just a kind of 'growing pain', but I doubt if it's too present for my feeling.
I read on forums stories of people who have the same, but unfortunately never someone who says what it is, what their midwife or doctor said about it and whether it's harmful..
