Bleeding after urinating

Dear readers,
I'm 15 weeks and 2 days pregnant and got quite a scare this morning. I noticed some bleeding while urinating around 5 AM. Worried, I went back to sleep. When I woke up this morning, I immediately checked to see if I was still bleeding. That wasn't the case, but 10 minutes later I had to pee again, and yes, there was bleeding again. I called the VK in a panic, and they said they couldn't do anything and that I should wait and see. Yesterday I still had a good ultrasound with an active baby. Who else has experienced this and can reassure me? By the way, I don't have any cramps, but I feel more like muscle pain in my sides and my belly is tender.
I'm trembling with uncertainty!

Have a urine sample checked for a bladder infection?

The blood is clearly coming from the vagina.
I do have endometriosis. I had surgery for it in April this year and became spontaneously pregnant 2 months later. I don't know if the endometriosis is flaring up again and causing bleeding.
    I'm at my wit's end.

Strange that your midwife reacts like that. I'd just call the doctor's office then..

Meanwhile, I'm sitting on the couch with a hot water bottle. The stomach pain is less because I took a paracetamol. The bleeding is now more like pink discharge. I'm a bit calmer and have decided to wait a bit more.

    How are things now?

Could it be a contact bleed? Your vagina is more vascular and sensitive when you're pregnant, so who knows if a tiny blood vessel burst? It should have stopped by now though.

Last night around midnight, it did indeed start. Now it's just white discharge again. Honestly, I get worried every time I go to the bathroom. I had some bleeding after a bowel movement once, but that was just for a moment and then it stopped. Luckily, no bleeding now, but I do have round ligament pain, which isn't normal. I'm worried that the abdominal pain might cause me to bleed again.
