Hi everyone,
I’ve started using ovulation tests for the first time. Last Sunday I got a positive test, but after that it all went downhill. I kept testing throughout the month to see what the tests would show. Today I got a clear line again (though a bit lighter).
Is that normal a week before my period? (I also have no stomach pain like last week.)

I get your doubt. Ovulation tests can indeed give weird lines if you keep testing all month long. Hormones just fluctuate. A lighter line a week before your period could indicate a new peak or it could be residual. But there's nothing you can do with that. For a clear answer, it's better to call the family planning clinic or your GP. They know exactly what the tests can and can't do.
