25 weeks, diarrhea and strong contractions

Hi there!
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. As the title says, I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant. Last night, I suddenly got diarrhea and severe stomach cramps where my belly tightened and then relaxed again (I suspect these were false contractions).
I managed to sleep for about 3 hours until morning, and now that I’m awake, it’s starting up again.
Does anyone else recognize this? During my first pregnancy, I never had anything like this.
