Nagging, strange pain in the lower abdomen

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. Very early days, so to speak.
I've had this strange kind of pain in my lower abdomen for almost two days now (a pain I've never had before). At times it really feels like it's pulling and stabbing. This doesn't seem normal to me? I'm definitely worried... ????

Sounds relatable. I'm 16 weeks pregnant now and that feeling still comes back every now and then. A lot is going on in there. Unless it becomes seriously painful, I wouldn't worry too much.

Hey, I totally get that pain too. Your uterus is starting to grow, I know we're all stressed and always worried about miscarriage, but look, I was there too and now I'm 31 weeks pregnant, so congratulations! Try to enjoy it.
