Higher hcg than expected

Hi ladies,
Had a blood test today. I'm probably only 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant, but my hCG is already 2700. Should I be worried?

    Hey girl, hCG doesn't tell you much. With my first pregnancy, I had an hCG level of 156 at 4w5d, and with the second, it was 1200 at 4w5d.

    Maybe twins? Is that possible?

    According to the gynecologist, the value wasn't a problem.
