Woke up early?

Since I’ve been pregnant, and even just knowing I am, I wake up so early for no reason! Do others experience this too, or is it something else? If I don’t set an alarm, I sometimes don’t wake up until 12 PM or later.. oops. Now I’m up at 8 or half past 9!

Waking up at 8 am sounds lovely. I usually wake up around 2-3 am, which is really no fun. But unfortunately, I haven't found a solution yet.
