Nub?

I’d let it go and have a lot of doubts about this theory, but I just can’t seem to let it go, haha..
This was at 11.3 weeks and apparently you can see it from 11 weeks?! It looks quite clear, which is why I can’t let it go.. Has anyone had similar ultrasounds but ended up with a different result? I’ve also read a lot that it’s only “reliable” from 12 weeks on, it’s a bit confusing.. but I’m just too curious...

    I find the photo quite unclear. Do you maybe have another one? For me, the NUB was very clear, and that was also confirmed by the NIPT test, so I believe it :-)

    Thanks for your reply!! This one? I found it clear but I think because of the dots... I just couldn't get it straight... Maybe you'll see something here?

    Thank you so much!! The doctor did the nub and said boy but couldn't really place it.. what do you look for then? I've read a lot but I'm not really any wiser.. do you know the gender already and was your nub correct??

    On the first photo, I don’t see a nub. On the second photo, you can see on the left, actually near the baby’s bum, a thick horizontal line. That line is parallel to the spine. Then it’s a girl. If the line was at an angle of 30 degrees or more relative to the spine, then it would be a boy.

    But I don't think that thick line is the nub, because it's much thinner. And there's no nub visible in the first photo either. I think the photos aren't clear enough and they're only reliable from 12 weeks onwards, since everything looks the same for every baby in the first few weeks. I think you'll just have to be patient a little longer.

    I've now enlarged the first photo with an arrow pointing to where the guy said the nub is.. the other photos are of the legs from below, but there probably won't be anything visible there. Haha

    @Marl, tricky, right? I got the response "girl" based on the nub, but I'm doubting myself whether that's actually the nub. I always find it so hard to see.

    @stef, hahaha that’s why I’m wondering if that “nub” really is one.. it looks more like a piece of umbilical cord or something, since I was only 11.3 weeks here....
