Can I refuse a DNA test?

Has anyone got experience or knows more about the father's rights? I'm doing this alone; the father wasn't present during the whole pregnancy and has spread a lot of stories about me, and he denies being the father. Now I definitely do NOT want him in the picture.

I heard yesterday that he wants to do a paternity test as soon as my baby is born. I've looked into it a bit, but it's not entirely clear to me yet: can he demand it through the court? I read that I have to give permission at all times whether I want the DNA test done (which I won't give for reasons), but can he somehow still manage to make me cooperate?

Here it says that he cannot force a DNA test through the court. Interestingly, a child or mother can force a test through the court against the father.
What he can do (but that's not nice) is buy a DNA test online and perform it without your knowledge when your child is with him. This is then not legally valid, but the result is just as reliable as with a test through official channels. Because the result of a legally valid test must be usable in a court case (for example regarding custody or child support), a doctor or nurse must take the DNA samples during this test.
