Disagreement about having a third child: yes or no

    You don’t just add a child; you hope to have one, hopefully because you have enough space in your life to take care of them.

    I don't think the topic starter really meant it like that when they said "adding them to the mix". I now have 2 kids and 1 little star, and I'd really hope to have 4 one day if it's blessed upon us. Going from 1 to 2 is quite a big difference, I think. I think it also depends a bit on how your kids are—whether they're active or calm, whether they need a lot of attention or play/occupy themselves more, how big the age gap is, and of course how your life is structured. But I'd still like to read other moms' experiences here

    No one can tell you that.. We don't have your children and you don't know what kind of kid you'll get... If you have a disagreement, whether it's about having a third or not, I'd say no to having one.. If one of you doesn't want to, you shouldn't push it..
