2 gestational sacs?

Eninahc 1 72 56 minutes Hello everyone.

I had an ultrasound after the transfer of 2 frozen embryos, which resulted in a pregnancy. At 6+2 weeks, I went to the midwife for an ultrasound because I couldn't wait any longer out of nervousness for the hospital scan a week later.
On this scan, a beating heart was seen.
A week later at the hospital, it wasn't beating anymore and the baby hadn't grown.
Next Tuesday I have to go back.

But now something keeps haunting my mind.
During the first ultrasound where a beating heart was visible, my boyfriend made a video.
During this video, the midwife searched again for the gestational sac where she had just seen the heart to bring it back into view.
While searching, I see in the video a second black sac appearing with something white inside...
It's a zoomed-out image, so small and far away, but that also applies to the sac where the beating heart was in...
I'll add the photo and am curious what you think..
(Keep in mind this is a zoomed-out image) in fact, the sac they were looking at was also 4x as big.
At the hospital last time, they didn't search well and stayed right at the first gestational sac (didn't search around, so to speak) I was so overwhelmed by everything that the realization only came home.
Of course, I'll mention next week that there were indeed 2 transferred and if she'd like to take another good look.

My question to you: on the photo you see 2 zoomed-out black circles.
The left one was only examined and there was an embryo with a beating heart in it... but what is that other sac.. which I only realized at home after studying the video and stopping it (this is a screenshot from the video.

I'd love to hear it, thanks in advance

And she didn't see this? It does look like 2 gestational sacs. Gyn or VK? I hope for the best, girl. Fingers crossed

That sounds exciting! Indeed, there seem to be two, and I'd say the white one might be a little sac?

No, during the first ultrasound, where this photo is from. I didn't see a second gestational sac, I was 6+2 weeks then.
So I do see this while watching the video at home.
She searches during the video for the gestational sac where the embryo with the beating heart was .. And then you see this image with moving around.

A week later I went to the gynecologist who went into the ultrasound. And a gestational sac appeared directly and she didn't see a heartbeat there and a fetus corresponding to the same size as seen by the midwife a week earlier .. But then she didn't see a heart.
She didn't look around further in the uterus.
I have to go back next week to check again and if there is already bleeding ... but this is haunting my mind

    Oh, forgot to mention.
I did call the midwife and told her this. I saw it in the video that my friend made for her.
She said she really couldn't see a second sac. So I sent her the photo and she said yes, I see it, but if it's a gestational sac there should be a white border around it.
I said yes, there is one around both in the photo.
But she hadn't seen anything and said to wait for the gynecologist.

Wow, I can believe it, girl... ugh, it's going to be a very exciting week. Definitely let me know how it goes xxx

So if you look ahead (the video)
The left sac will become as big as it is now in this photo, and the right one will disappear, but you'll only see a white shape...

The photo isn't attached to the previous message again, which probably went wrong somehow.

The heart in the left gestational sac was beating with an embryo.
However, a week later during an ultrasound at the hospital, it wasn't beating anymore.
The other "gestational sac" wasn't seen by them. At least not by the midwife at the hospital; they only focused on the first gestational sac that came into view.
This despite the fact that I received two cryopreserved embryos back.
I don't know if looking for two gestational sacs at this stage is even possible?

That about the white border is true, it has to be there. It's less noticeable on the other side though.
What a story, have you been trying for a baby for a long time? I hope something turns up for you too! I'm waiting for a miscarriage myself, but before I take the pills, I want to do one last search to see if there's really nothing left!

I hope there's still hope, but if the second gestational sac had also developed well, I'd expect it to have shown up on the ultrasound. The chances seem minimal to me, but who knows.

    Yeah, that’s what you’d think.
But when the OB went to check, the gestational sac was already visible, and she didn’t look any further... around it, I guess.
And sometimes you really do have to search, and it doesn’t get detected on the first or second ultrasound.
I’m not saying this is my case, but seeing that image, I just have doubts.

Yeah, but with the other one I still see a white border.
Yeah, been trying for a long time now, 3 years now.
    And 4 miscarriages.
That’s really tough for you too.
I understand you want to have it checked out properly first.
    How are things now?
Have you been trying for a long time and experienced this more often?
  16. Hartje #17

Butterfly is my first time for me. Is this already your fourth?
What a tough journey for you both! We already have 3 kids, and I really feel for you that it seems like this might not work out again. I completely understand that feeling of holding onto hope—maybe there’s still a little baby fighting its way through! I feel the same way... Hoping against all odds that Tuesday will bring good news, but it might not happen...
Have you had any bleeding yet?
  17. Butterfly37 started this #18

Yes, for me it's the 4th...
Yes, I hope there's still a second pocket. Or that they looked in the other pocket in the zh.
Because the ultrasounds don't look anything alike either...
I haven't had any bleeding, no cramps, nothing at all, just a lot of ailments. And you?
  18. Hartje #19

I still feel pregnant too. With my other two pregnancies, I gave up by week 9, and now I'm already in week 10 and still going, so that's quite different.
It's just that not having any symptoms makes it all feel so unreal, doesn't it!
  19. Butterfly37 started this #20

Yeah, I feel pregnant too. Today 8 weeks.
My breasts are getting worse and worse. Nausea, heartburn, headaches. Pulling in my lower belly. No bleeding.
Are you bleeding? What exactly is going on with you?
Can you come back on Tuesday too?
