Sleeping during the day
Kim Guest ·
Hi,
Kai is now 6 months old.
The past three months have been quite a battle with sleep. I always put Kai down to sleep, but it varies whether he falls asleep right away or if it turns into a crying session.
Kai can fall asleep on his own and sleeps well at night. During the day, he still needs to nap three times. Sometimes he falls asleep after 20 minutes, and sometimes after an hour he still hasn’t, which then leads to crying.
I have a routine, I know when he’s tired... usually after 2 hours, but falling asleep remains so inconsistent!!! Very frustrating. Sometimes Kai is awake for almost four hours, and then I end up putting him in the stroller because he has to sleep anyway! Otherwise, he gets way too overtired!
Does anyone have a good tip?
Love, a frustrated mom!
