11 weeks and feeling nothing anymore

Hi everyone,
I haven't had painful breasts, nausea, or stabbing pains in my belly for about half a week now.
I'm still feeling tired and can't stand certain smells or foods.

Is this normal? I have an ultrasound next Thursday, but I'm so nervous—it took a long time for me to get pregnant again after my miscarriage (at 6 weeks).
I've already had two ultrasounds, one at 6.5 weeks and one at 8 weeks.
The heartbeat was there and everything was fine, but now I'm starting to stress whether this is normal. Please, I'd love some feedback from you all.

Hey sensitive one, it could mean something, but it could also mean nothing. Can't you call your gynecologist with your concerns and ask for an extra ultrasound? I don't think they'll refuse..

It's only a few days until I get my ultrasound, and I'm afraid I'll just have to stay anxious until then.

If you're worried, I'd still call and ask if you can come a bit earlier

But is the chance really high that something is wrong after having heard a beating heart? I also have no bleeding and no cramps?

I think there's always a 50/50 chance. I don't want to worry you or anything, but it can go either way. I have read that even after seeing a strong heartbeat, a miscarriage can still happen. I myself experienced symptoms that suddenly disappeared overnight, and then I had a miscarriage. Not that you're going to experience something like that, but you're asking for advice and whether anyone has had a similar experience. My best advice to you is: if you're really worried, call your gynecologist and ask to come in earlier than Thursday because you're anxious due to the disappearance of some symptoms. Based on the stories I've read here on the forum, I don't think a gynecologist would refuse to see you; they should actually be there to reassure you. That's why I keep saying in every reply that it's best to just call and share your concerns with your gyn

At how many weeks did you have a miscarriage? And when did the baby stop growing?

    Just call if you're worried!

Unfortunately, I found out after the dating scan that it was a miscarriage. Before that, I had 2 good scans with a beating heart. I didn't have any bleeding or cramps, my body didn't resolve it on its own unfortunately. Of course, I don't want to scare you!! But for your own peace of mind, calling really can't hurt. I wouldn't wait until Thursday. It only brings more stress.

Thanks for the feedback, but I was hoping for more positive stories. Yeah, calling isn't possible right now anyway, since it's the weekend.
    I'll reach out on Monday.

Sorry! I couldn't make it any nicer than it already was. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Can't you call 24/7? I'm always here if you have questions or want to chat. I truly wish you all the best! And I hope your symptoms just start to ease up as you enter the second trimester. :-)

Nope, here in Belgium you do have an on-call doctor, but that's for emergencies.
Thanks, it could indeed be because I'm approaching the second phase. I'm already in my 12th week, we'll see.

Oh, that's different then, yeah... If you're really unsure, just ask! And otherwise, call on Monday to be safe. Maybe you'll be able to look earlier then.

At my place, after the 8-week ultrasound with a beating little heart, they told me there was only a small chance the heart would stop. But unfortunately, it did happen.
If you're 12 weeks, it's also possible that your symptoms gradually decrease?
Even if you still have symptoms, the heart could have stopped without your body noticing, just like Sharr unfortunately experienced.
I would also just call, and if not, you can always say you have bleeding and then you'll definitely be able to come A whole weekend of stress isn't good either.

I also had fewer symptoms around 11 weeks! I mentioned this during the dating scan, and the midwife said it was totally normal that I’d have less breast tenderness and stuff like that.

Of course, no one can guarantee here that everything will go well, but the further along you are and the more you've seen a beating heart, the smaller the chance that something will go wrong. I'm also 11 weeks now and I also have fewer symptoms. Try not to freak yourself out because believe me, it can go wrong at any point in your pregnancy. I have friends whose pregnancies ended at 18 weeks and at 24 weeks, so I try to stay as calm as possible. No cramps and no bleeding is a good sign, so reassure yourself a bit! It goes well more often than not.

I had the same thing, and with me, everything was just fine (to share a positive story too ). From the start, I only had few symptoms, just fatigue and sore breasts. Around 10-11 weeks, these suddenly disappeared. At the 12-week scan, everything was perfectly fine, and now I have a cheerful daughter who's almost 11 weeks old But I understand your worry, I felt that too! Good luck, I'm rooting for a good outcome!

    Thanks everyone for the replies!
The morning sickness has come back today, so I guess I was stressing for nothing.

I was super nauseous between weeks 6 and 9/10, after that it was pretty much over. I didn't have any other symptoms either, just the occasional wave of nausea here and there.
Still, I'm already 33 weeks pregnant with twins.

    Hi everyone!
I finally waited until after my ultrasound, and everything looked great.
The gynecologist said it's normal for breast tension to decrease after 10 weeks.
    Good luck to everyone!
