Hi...
Last Friday my partner and I had sex, and I felt my ovulation on Sunday night. Today I’ve been nauseous all day and had a headache. I also have a lot of discharge... so much that I keep having wet underwear... Taking a test now obviously doesn’t make much sense, but I wanted to know, what do you think, pregnant or not?

If you ovulated on Sunday evening, you can't be pregnant yet (not yet). Implantation couldn't have happened by now. So the symptoms you're experiencing have nothing to do with a possible pregnancy.
Unless it wasn't last Sunday but the week before. But from how I read your message, it's about last Sunday. -

If you're experiencing a lot of discharge... it could mean that ovulation is approaching... it's possible that your body is preparing internally to receive the egg.
Are you actively trying??
Otherwise, you could take an ovulation test, because being pregnant or conception seems unlikely to me
