9 weeks pregnant and completely no appetite.

Hi there! I’m 38 and today I’m 9 weeks pregnant, and I’m really struggling with my hormones. I don’t know what to do with myself—it feels like depressive feelings. Of course, we’re overjoyed about this very planned and wanted pregnancy, but sometimes I’m on a real emotional rollercoaster with my “hormones.” My appetite has been gone for two weeks now; nothing tastes good anymore, let alone feeling hungry. I hope I’ll start feeling good in my skin again soon!

It all comes with the territory. Are you taking prenatal vitamins? Because that way, you and your baby will get everything you need. I've also heard that your appetite might decrease or you might feel nauseous to protect your unborn baby from spoiled food and other things that could harm the baby. If you're feeling really down, it might be a good idea to talk to a psychologist so you can address it before you might feel depressed after the pregnancy. It can be really helpful to talk about your insecurities and fears with someone other than your partner.
Try to enjoy it, and a pregnancy doesn't last 9 months for nothing

Absolutely, I take my vitamins every morning. I'll just have to wait and see how things develop, and I'll definitely follow your advice about the "psychologist" if the down feelings persist.
Maybe it's also related to my age, even though this isn't my first pregnancy. Let's just wait and see...

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and have had no appetite at all since I found out I'm pregnant. I do take vitamin tablets though. This is common for many women.
It's possible that around week 20 you'll suddenly start craving food.
Hormones can really affect how you feel, and that's completely normal.
I wouldn't worry too much, just try to relax because stress isn't good anyway.

    Good luck...

According to my midwife, vitamin pills have 0% effect.
