Am I experiencing only mild pregnancy symptoms? (Pregnant after miscarriage)

Hi everyone,
After a medical journey, we're finally pregnant! I got pregnant in October too, but that ended in a miscarriage. I had quite a few symptoms then, like sore breasts and a lot of (period-like) cramps in my belly. They said those cramps were because everything was growing. I also had all sorts of light bleeding. In the end, it became a miscarriage.
Now I've gotten pregnant again through Clomid. But this time I don't have any special complaints... I do have sore nipples and get tired a bit faster, but otherwise I feel great. I feel almost nothing in my belly. I had a couple of days of light cramping after waking up, but now absolutely nothing. But could it still be growing normally, or is it actually going well now that everything is so smooth? Is it normal to stop feeling cramps at some point?

    Hi!

I didn't really have any symptoms with my first pregnancy either, and that went well. Second pregnancy: super many symptoms, ended up with a miscarriage. Now I'm pregnant again and feeling tired, with occasional nausea, but I feel great.

I don't know if it's okay, but every pregnancy is different, and I don't think symptoms always mean something...

With my son, I had no symptoms at all. Just sore breasts. Started around 6 weeks and felt tired. Otherwise nothing special.

Now I'm pregnant again and already knew from 3 weeks. Nausea, sore breasts, extremely moody... I'm literally freaking out right now ????

I also had no symptoms after my miscarriage in the new pregnancy. Actually never had any! Only from 20 weeks a few small ailments. Breast pain, sometimes stomach pain. And after 25 weeks the standard ailments like tiredness for example. Don't worry about it!
