Quick question for the mamas

Hi mamas!
I have a question..
My 5-week-old son drinks really, really poorly from the Difrax narrow bottle with an S teat. I've poked holes in it but it doesn't help at all.. the teat keeps getting clogged so he stops drinking at 70cc.. I've now used an M teat three times and it works really well; he finishes his bottle and more! 120cc.
But I do hear his tummy gurgling? Maybe air, he also burps in between.. he doesn't get tired of the bottle anymore. But now I'm wondering if this is good for him? Such a big size and then having so much milk in his tummy at once?
I hope someone knows some wisdom..
Love

And try a different bottle? Maybe that's an idea. The bubbling seems to me to be from drinking too fast. How long does it take him?

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, about 10 min over 90cc

They can take 15 to 20 minutes, so it's a bit faster. I switched from Difrax to Dr. Brown's because the Difrax bottle leaked at the bottom, and I found Dr. Brown's really nice. They say it also prevents more colic, but I never really noticed that difference myself. However, because of the extra anti-colic vent and the twist nipple, the milk comes out a bit slower. Now I use the large bottle from BigBizar and find it really great. It only costs €1.40, but here you don't have nipple sizes, so it doesn't seem very practical for you.
