Were you pregnant before or not?

Hi ladies, I have a question that's been on my mind. I got two positive tests a week before my period was due. After that, they turned negative, and I had a blood test at the doctor's office which was also negative. My period didn't come, and I haven't had any bleeding so far. Now I tested positive on Sunday, and the tests have been getting clearer. The Clearblue test said 1-2 weeks pregnant on Sunday. There's only 2.5 days between the negative blood result and the positive tests. Can I have gotten pregnant again so quickly without having had a period? I'm curious if anyone has experience with this

Maybe you tested positive on your ovulation test? Are you sure it was a pregnancy test back then? I’ve also had the wrong box at home sometimes.
