5 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies,
I'm about 5 weeks pregnant. Yesterday morning I had bleeding, and yesterday evening there was some clotting. Today, I'm losing almost no more blood. It's so confusing. Has anyone else experienced this? Can a miscarriage happen in just one day?

    I’d schedule an ultrasound for Monday.
    I had a miscarriage in December, bled for 5 days, but only 1 day was really intense.

    I also bled with my son about 4 years ago, for about 2 days.
    It turned out to just be an implantation bleed.
    It led to an ultrasound as well.
    How are things now?
