What am I allowed to do now?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant now, and a few weeks ago I was going a bit crazy over how it feels like you have to drop everything and can't do anything right now. How do you all experience that? I joined www.mamachannel.nl yesterday, where you get tips - who has experience with it?

It's all manageable. You just need to use your common sense. Make sure you don't come into contact with toxic substances. Prepare your food in a way that bacteria don't have a chance to thrive, and live healthily. Otherwise, you can eat anything as long as you feel good doing it.

I don't see it as unpleasant. There's so much you're allowed to do that you don't have to see the times you can't do something as a disaster, I think. Besides, it's only nine months, and you often don't get much out of the first month. It'll be fine!
